As Cluster Marketing Executive, you will support the Cluster Marketing Manager in executing the marketing strategy across three iconic Hilton properties: Hilton Rotterdam, Hilton The Hague, and DoubleTree by Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen.
This is a diverse and dynamic role where no two days are the same. From creating social media content and designing promotional materials to coordinating marketing projects and supporting photo and video shoots, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the visibility and success of our hotels and outlets.
Your Daily Tasks Will Include:
Supporting the execution of the annual marketing calendar and campaigns across all three hotels.
Maintaining and updating online content, including hotel and restaurant websites and third-party platforms, using Hilton’s brand tools.
Assisting in the creation, scheduling, and monitoring of social media content for the hotels and their outlets.
Designing and producing marketing collateral and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines.
Coordinating with local media, suppliers, and partners to support marketing initiatives.
Assisting with content creation, including photography and video editing, for use in campaigns and promotions.
Helping to organize and track marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
Supporting administrative tasks such as invoice processing and budget tracking.
Participating in brainstorm sessions with the commercial and F&B teams to generate creative ideas and identify new opportunities.
What We Expect From You:
A completed Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
Fluency in English and preferably Dutch (spoken and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and video editing tools is a plus.
Eye for detail and creativity.
A proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A flexible mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
