As a Food Operator, you ensure the production line runs smoothly and play an essential role in the process. Your tasks range from operating machines to monitoring quality and keeping everything on track. Your responsibilities include:
- Mixing, blending, and preparing ingredients according to recipes;
- Troubleshooting first-line malfunctions;
- Performing preventive maintenance;
- Cleaning tasks;
- Documenting production data;
- Identifying and reporting deviations.
As a Food Operator, you possess the following skills:
- You have experience in a production environment, preferably in the food industry;
- You are willing to work in a 3-shift system;
- You work accurately and follow procedures;
- You are stress-resistant and can adapt quickly to changing situations.
As a Food Operator, we also have something to offer you:
- A gross monthly salary between €3,100 and €3,300 (including 19% shift allowance);
- 8% holiday allowance and 3% year-end bonus;
