Functieomschrijving:
What will you be doing?As a Packaging Operator, you’ll be responsible for setting up and configuring packaging lines for various production orders. You’ll calibrate machines precisely, check packaging materials, and identify any malfunctions. You’ll also conduct quality checks, adjust machine settings as needed, and perform light maintenance work. In addition, you’ll accurately log production data and always follow hygiene and safety protocols.Responsibilities include:

• Setting up and adjusting packaging lines for different production runs
• Monitoring packaging materials and ensuring quality standards
• Detecting and resolving technical issues
• Performing routine quality checks and minor maintenance
• Recording production data accurately
• Working according to hygiene, safety, and quality regulations

Functievereisten:
What we ask from you:

• MBO+ level of education or equivalent working/thinking level
• 1–2 years of experience as a Packaging Operator or in a similar role
• Good command of the English or Dutch language
• Willingness to work in a three-shift rotation
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• A hands-on attitude with technical affinity
• Flexibility, problem-solving mindset, and initiative
