You’ll be working in our high-tech department, collaborating with international clients in the technology and computer sectors. In this role, the focus is on administrative tasks, with additional support in planning and warehouse activities.
Thanks to the variety of tasks, your work will remain both challenging and educational:
- Executing and managing administrative processes related to order processing, shipments, and inventory;
- Analyzing and processing data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS);
- Coordinating daily logistics planning in collaboration with operational teams;
- Supporting logistical tasks on the shop floor, such as quality checks and document handling;
- Ensuring correct and timely administrative processing of goods flows;
- Actively participating in training sessions and courses to broaden your knowledge and skills;
- Contributing ideas to improve procedures and processes within your department.

We are also looking for someone who can find themselves in the following:
- You are available for 40 hours per week;
- You have MBO-level working and thinking capabilities;
- You have experience with administrative work, preferably with WMS systems;
- You speak good Dutch and/or English;
- You are willing to work in a 2-shift system;
- You can obtain a VGB (Certificate of No Objection);
- You are eager to learn and want to grow within Kuehne+Nagel.
At Kuehne+Nagel, we value your dedication. You will receive a one-year contract from the start, with the prospect of a permanent position. You can also count on excellent employment conditions:
- A gross monthly salary between €2,500 and €2,800 (depending on experience);
- 2-shift system (no weekend shifts);
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (max. €11.50 per one-way trip);
- 27.5 vacation days per year;
