HR People Business Partner Supply Chain
We’re on the lookout for a driven and strategic HR People Business Partner Supply Chain to join our team in the Netherlands. In this role, you’ll support the People strategy for our Supply operations – covering our breweries in Dommelen and Arcen, as well as our 2nd tier Logistics network.
As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you will act as a true partner across the entire People lifecycle – from talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management to leadership development, succession planning, change management, and employee engagement. You'll operate both strategically and operationally, helping shape a culture of growth and performance while ensuring the flawless execution of core HR processes.
You’ll be part of the wider AB InBev People team and report to the People Director Supply Chain, with autonomy to interpret People principles and tailor them to achieve the best results for your business area.
Your role in a few sips:
- Act as a strategic People Business Partner to the NL Supply leadership team.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives across Dommelen, Arcen & logistics.
- Drive transformation projects, change management, and cultural engagement programs.
- Manage employee relations and provide expert support in performance and case management.
- Support succession planning and leadership capability development.
- Collaborate across People functions to ensure seamless HR operations and admin excellence.
- Oversee People financials (e.g., headcount and People Package tracking).
- Act as the go-to partner for the full People lifecycle within your business area.
Who we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience as an HR/People Business Partner or in a Supply Chain HR role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence and build trust.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; other European languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of Dutch labor law, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
- Proactive, hands-on, and structured in your approach.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
- Passion for people, growth, and continuous improvement.
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
