As a Revenue Analyst at Landal, you're not just advising - you're in control.

Together with your fellow analysts, you manage the full revenue stream of the entire company. From the first price to the last available night, you have your hands on the levers. You shape and execute pricing strategies and optimize availability for your own portfolio of holiday parks. You directly influence millions in revenue. Your sharp analyses, creativity, and sense of timing help you boost both occupancy and profitability. You'll work closely with a team of experienced Revenue professionals and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and tangible impact.

As a Revenue Analyst, you ensure that our prices are always sharp, our availability is optimized, and our revenue targets are exceeded. You make data-driven decisions that directly impact the performance of your park portfolio - and you see the results of your work reflected in both occupancy and revenue. Your main responsibilities:

  • From data to decisions

    - You dive into booking trends, performance metrics, and market data to identify risks and opportunities per park and accommodation type and translate your findings into concrete actions.
  • Optimizing price and volume

    - You forecast sales volumes and price points using historical data, market trends, and your own commercial insight.
  • Working together, winning together

    - You collaborate with teams like Commerce, Finance, and Operations to align on strategy and share insights that drive collective success.
  • Experimenting and improving

    - You set up and evaluate pricing and promotional campaigns, learning what works and optimizing continuously.

You'll work from our brand-new office in Amsterdam - easily accessible and full of energy. In this role, you report to the Cluster Revenue Manager.

You know how to explain complex insights in a clear, convincing way and you're not afraid to challenge the status quo when you see a better path forward. Furthermore you have:

  • A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in (business) economics or a similar field.
  • Has a sharp analytical mind a strong affinity with numbers
  • Is result-driven and gets energy from the commercial "game"
  • Communicates clearly and convincingly in English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Works independently, precisely, and proactively
  • Enjoys solving puzzles and continuously looks for ways to improve performance

  • A one-year contract with a one-month probation period, with the intention of a permanent position.
  • A salary between €3.630 and €4.500 gross per month on a full-time basis*, excluding holiday pay.

  • Flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home.
  • A home office allowance of €2.35 per day worked from home.
  • Travel allowance in accordance with the Landal travel policy, based on €0.23 per km. If you choose to travel by public transport, your travel costs will be 100% reimbursed. Landal encourages its employees to use public transport for commuting.
  • Extensive training and development opportunities both online (over 150 e-learnings) and offline, focusing on developing your professional skills and self-development.
  • Participation in the Recreation pension fund. The standard retirement age in this scheme is 67 years. The premium for this old-age pension is 21.8% of the pension base, shared equally between Landal and you.
  • The possibility of paid additional parental leave.
  • Various collective insurances, including free continuous travel insurance for you and your family.
  • A favorable employee booking scheme.

*A full-time employment at Landal consists of a 38-hour work week, equivalent to a 5-day work week. If you have a part-time employment, your salary and vacation days will be calculated proportionally
