What exciting things are you going to do?

Are you a driven and passionate person with commercial way of thinking looking to make an impact? Do you have a flair for HR topics like employer branding and attracting top talent?

If so, please show your interest now, because we're looking for 2 new interns to join our HR team and help us build an exceptional workforce!

First of all, we will make sure your onboarding is smooth: you will join our onboardingprogram with other new joiners, your buddy will guide you through our systems, processes, our way of working and we will make sure you will meet all the people you need to know to get you up to speed. You will use your pro-active, positive personality and common sense to identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates across a variety of roles within our organization. In this role, you will be partnering closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, Recruiters and other HR colleagues. In your day to day "job", you will work with your assigned hiring managers to understand role requirements, company culture, and team dynamics to find the perfect candidates for us to hire. We understand you are still a student, so we understand you need to spend time for your study and schoolprojects. We will support you where we can!

Next to the above, you will ensure a seamless and engaging experience for candidates from initial contact to final offer, and you engage your key stakeholders by keeping them involved and up to date about your running campaigns and the recruiting pipelines. Using recruitment metrics and analytics to drive improvements in the recruitment process is what we need to do more, to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. That's where you also can help refining and enhancing our recruitment strategies, sharing insights on market trends, and contributing fresh ideas to enhance the overall hiring process and employer branding strategy. As part of the international (Benelux) team, you will work on innovative campaigns, social media outreach, and employer branding initiatives to make MediaMarkt Benelux stand out in a competitive market. Who are you?

You're profile should look something like this:

  • You're excellent communicator in

    Dutch and English

    .
  • Passionate about using social media, employer branding, and digital strategies to attract the right talent.
  • You are earger to learn, pro-active, energenic and a nice person to work with.
  • Comfortable using SAP SuccessFactors (myRecruiting) and social media and platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed to source candidates and promote the MediaMarkt Benelux employer brand.
  • You're good at managing multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Available for at least 4 days a week.
