Role Overview
You will lead and support TenneT in becoming a leader in inclusion, diversity and equity (IDE) in the energy sector. As part of the People unit, you will be responsible for driving the IDE agenda in collaboration with our business units. In the role of Inclusion, Diversity and Equity (IDE) Officer, you will be implementing our strategic roadmap together with colleagues from the People team and from our business units as well as integrating inclusion principles through the People unit annual planning and the HR functions in individual business unit plans. Additionally, you will be accountable for coordinating communications and other engagement efforts across the organization in collaboration with the communications unit.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support TenneT in IDE initiatives.
• Implement strategic roadmap for IDE in collaboration with business units.
• Coordinate communications and engagement efforts across the organization.
• Collaborate extensively to instill IDE principles into business practices.
• Focus on TenneT Netherlands while working closely with the IDE Officer in Germany.

Profile
• Leadership: Offer in-depth subject matter expertise and collaborate on organization-wide inclusion initiatives.
• Program Management: Manage project resources and activities across business units.
• Legal Compliancy: Advise on measures when legal requirements are at risk.
• Embed IDE: Develop and implement specific interventions based on the strategic IDE roadmap.
• Learning & Development: Ensure learning goals on inclusive culture are embedded in relevant interventions.
• Data and Reporting: Ensure timely reporting to comply with legal requirements.
• Events and Communications: Develop a company-wide inclusive communications strategy.
• Operations: Be responsible for IDE deliverables with support from the People unit.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and implementing IDE programs in multinational companies.
• Experience managing ambiguity and complex environments.
• Ability to influence and align collaborators.
• Background in creating and reporting on KPIs.
• Strong organizational and program management skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, with good German language skills desirable.
Conditions
• Pre-Employment Screening will be performed at entry.
• Duty station is Arnhem (at least 2 days a week), other days hybrid.
Additional Information
• Experience as an Inclusion, Diversity and Equity (IDE) Officer is required.
• An annual plan has been drawn up that needs to be implemented.
