Your role in the journey
As (Demi) Chef de Partie – Breakfast, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality breakfast dishes that surprise and delight our guests. You’ll take ownership of your section, support your colleagues, and shine at our live cooking stations.
Your responsibilities include:
Creating authentic luxury moments through exceptional breakfast offerings.
Ensuring consistency in preparation, presentation and quality.
Engaging with guests at live cooking stations and adding personal touches.
Training team members on product knowledge and preparation techniques.
Maintaining clean and organised workstations in line with hygiene and safety standards.
Managing waste and breakage responsibly.
What you’ll bring
Creativity, a hands-on mentality and eagerness to exceed expectations.
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and health & safety standards.
A strong passion for cooking and delivering memorable guest experiences.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain a structured approach.
Awareness of current food trends and the ability to apply them.
Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and grow.
Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued.
