Your role
As Manager, you are responsible for the presentation of the breakfast and managing the breakfast team. You maintain a elegant look and feel of your outlet, greeting guests with a smile. You will also be the face and representation of the breakfast team actively wowing our guests, solving any problems, and managing stock levels and dealing with guests' questions/comments, while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Always leaving a remarkable first and last impression.
At Pillows your breakfast is our final moment to implement a lasting impression with our guests. Tailor-made a la carte breakfast, with every dish freshly prepared to order.
Lead a team and communicate with other departments for excellent quality and service;
Support other F&B tasks when requested.
Composing the breakfast menu in collaboration with the Head chef and F&B Director.
Responsible for placing orders for breakfast
Creating working schedules for the team
Holding evaluation and progress meetings with your staff
Reporting directly to F&B Director.
