Bar Supervisor

As Bar Supervisor you are responsible for managing your colleagues behind the bar of Floor17, but also for our cocktail concept on the highest "Rooftop bar" of Amsterdam, located in the Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam Rembrandtpark. You make sure everything is ready for the evening and that everyone knows what to do. It's up to you to check that all purchases have been made, the stock has been checked and everything looks neat. Cocktails and other special drinks? That's no problem for you either! You have good bar skills and know how to teach them to your colleagues. Ready to shake!

WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT SUPERVISOR?

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• You have affinity and passion for good food and drinks.
• You have completed a hospitality related MBO education.
• You are flexible and do not mind working weekends and evenings.
• You are proactive and like to get to work.
