• You have management experience, preferably in commerce and/or logistics.
• Ability to communicate in English would be a plus.
What you'll be doing day to day
Alongside the Logistics Department Manager, you lead the Supply Support team to secure and constantly improve the availability and management of the assortment,• In collaboration with the sales team, you guarantee the fluidity of sales, the launch of new products on time and the implementation of promotional actions in order to increase turnover.
• You will also be responsible for the development and implementation of new products and promotions to increase sales. You will optimize replenishments by managing sales forecasts and orders in accordance with the sales calendar.
• You will be actively involved in developing the store business plan and defining your team's objectives.
• You will participate in the analysis of inventory discrepancies.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your team is aware of and complies with all health, safety and environmental regulations.
• You help identify and develop talent within the team.
