Are you passionate about optimizing online experiences and driving impactful changes?
As a CRO Intern at MediaMarkt Benelux, you will support our digital team in enhancing website performance and conversion rates. Your main goal is to guide customers towards the perfect products that match their needs by ensuring a smooth and seamless online journey. Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Set up, maintain, and optimize our product feeds to ensure efficient performance of sales guidance tools.
- Identify, fix, and reduce the number of Zero Search results to improve user experience.
- Set up the right search redirection to ensure users find the right products.
- Enhance campaign readiness by adding promotional filters.
- Ensure that website content is up-to-date, engaging, and valuable for our customers.
- Maintain and optimize content using the Phrase tool.
- Support the team in identifying customer pain points across the website.
- Propose and help implement solutions to improve user experience.
Your Profile
- Strong motivation and a willingness to learn.
- Hands-on mentality with a sense of ownership and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to gather data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
- Quick learner, adaptable to new technologies and changes.
- Fluent in English; Dutch and French are considered a plus.
