Rise and shine! You are truly a morning person and love being active in the early hours. Before the rest of the Netherlands wakes up, you are already in the kitchen preparing breakfast for our guests. You enjoy providing our guests with a good start of their day. You work with local and fresh products, and that makes you happy. Your creativity generates new ideas for the breakfast buffet, which you gladly contribute. A clean kitchen is important to you and you are familiar with the HACCP rules.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD BREAKFAST COOK?

• You have a chef training degree or at least 1 year of work experience in a kitchen.
• You are energetic and cheerful! Hospitality to you means going the extra mile. You are creative and try to surprise the guest every morning.
• You are proactive, a born team player.
• Furthermore, you are flexible and available on weekends and holidays, and you live in or around Amsterdam.
• You have knowledge of HACCP.

We are now an indispensable part of Amsterdam-West. With eighteen floors you have a spectacular view of the entire city from our hotel. On the 17th floor you will find Floor 17.
