What you are going to do
As a Process Automation Intern, you'll dive into the world of IT controls and compliance behind NN Digital Payments Bank, identifying opportunities to automate manual, rule-based processes using both traditional and cutting-edge technologies. Your mission will be to:
- Analyze and identify inefficiencies in current IT control processes
- Design and implement automation solutions using tools like Python, TypeScript, Excel Macros, Microsoft Power Apps, and Microsoft Flow
- Explore and apply Generative AI to enhance automation capabilities
- Automate tasks such as crawling data from portals, summarizing reports, and managing security documentation lifecycles
- Deliver tangible value within the first few weeks by deploying impactful solutions
- Continuously iterate and improve your solutions based on feedback and performance

Who you are
We're looking for a curious, proactive, and technically skilled individual who:
- Has a critical eye for spotting inefficiencies and a passion for solving them through automation
- Is proficient in Python or TypeScript or any programming language
- Understands how to leverage Generative AI services effectively
- Has experience or interest in citizen-developer tools like Excel Macros, Microsoft Power Apps, and Microsoft Flow
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the freedom to innovate and experiment
- Is eager to make a real impact in a short time frame (3-4 months)
