Job description:
This is the perfect position if you would like to start working in hospitality! During the night you will learn all the reception procedures and do the preparations for the day team. You will prepare the departures and arrivals for the next day, check billing and support with other administration.
What will I have to do?
As the first point of contact for the hotel you will welcome our guests with a smile from the moment they enter our doors. You will be an ambassador for excellent service, dealing efficiently with all requests and queries from guests face to face or over the telephone whilst maintaining the highest levels of service standards, and proactively promoting sales through upsells and excellent knowledge of our products and services.
What are we looking for?
Keep in mind you will work in shifts, including weekends and holidays!
- Passionate and energetic individuals
- Ability to work between 23:00 - 07:00. Occasional day-time cover may be required.
- Ideally experience with Opera PMS
