Factory worker

Wat je gaat doen As a factory operator, you will be responsible for helping produce high-quality industrial packaging such as plastic drums and jerrycans.

Your day-to-day tasks may include:

• Assembling and sealing plastic containers;
• Checking for quality and defects;
• Preparing items for shipment (stacking and wrapping);
• Keeping your workstation tidy and safe;
• Reporting any minor issues or irregularities.

This position runs on a 5-shift schedule, giving you rotating shifts (morning, evening, night) and regular time off during the week. Wat we je bieden

• €16.02 gross per hour (excluding shift bonus);
• 28% extra for working in 5 shifts, paid per hour;
• 8.33% profit-sharing bonus on all hours worked;
• Travel allowance to and from work;
• Contract with future opportunity for a permanent position;
• Full-time availability (24–40 hours/week based on your preference);
• Training provided – no prior experience necessary;
• Fresh food available at work – enjoy daily sandwiches in the canteen.
