What are you going to do
As a Skilled Production Worker, you play a key role in keeping the production process running smoothly.
You work independently and with precision, spot deviations, and closely monitor both quality and safety. Compared to a standard production role, you carry more responsibility and are actively involved on the production floor. On this department, you work with containers for the food industry, which means maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment is absolutely essential.
Your tasks include:
- Operating and setting up machines according to clear work instructions
- Identifying deviations in quality or processes, and resolving them independently where possible
- Contributing actively to a safe, clean, and well-organized workspace
- Supporting colleagues on the floor and stepping in when needed
- Coordinating with coworkers, the technical department, and your supervisor during breakdowns or shift handovers
06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 22:00-06:00. Occasionally, you may be asked to work on Saturdays, for which you'll receive extra pay. Sundays are always off. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week).

Wat wij bieden
- A starting salary of €3,275 gross per month, including shift allowances
- 150% pay on Saturdays
- 13 additional leave days (ADV)

- Guided development to become a Blowmoulder Operator or Cage Line Operator

- Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer

Wat wij vragen
- You don't mind doing physical and repetitive work
- You have experience as a machine operator
- You have a good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written
