Summer job as a production worker in shifts

Wat je gaat doen As a production worker, you’ll help keep the production process at Mauser Benelux BV running smoothly and safely. You'll work in a multicultural team where both English and Dutch are spoken. From quality control to packaging and shipping, you’ll be involved in various stages of the process. Your attention to detail, physical fitness, and hands-on mentality ensure our plastic containers meet the highest standards.

What you’ll be doing:

• Checking whether plastic drums and containers meet quality standards;
• Properly closing caps, lids, and flaps;
• Neatly packaging products and preparing them for shipment;
• Safely and efficiently stacking packaged drums;
• Keeping your work area clean and contributing to a safe workplace.

Wat we je bieden

• A solid hourly wage starting at €16.02, rising up to €22.21 gross per hour (from age 22, incl. Shift allowance);
• Flexible shifts – you tell us when you're available (part-time or full-time);
• Travel allowance for commuting;
• 8.33% holiday pay added to every hour worked;
• No need to bring lunch – fresh sandwiches available daily in the canteen.

Functie-eisen

• Physically fit – sitting still isn’t your thing;
• Able to speak English and/or Dutch at at least B1 level;
• Able to get to our Oosterhout location by bike, car, or on foot;
• Available for at least 2 full shifts per week (16 hours – morning, afternoon, or night).

At our Oosterhout site, we manufacture a wide range of hollow plastic products like drums and cans using extrusion blow molding. These containers are used in various industries, including chemicals, agriculture, and as raw materials for the rubber, paint, and plastics sectors.You’ll be part of a dynamic, multicultural team where both English and Dutch are spoken during shifts.
