Production Employee Flexible Pool

Wat je gaat doen As a Production Employee, you’ll be involved in the entire process from quality control to the shipment of our plastic packaging. You’ll work in shifts and collaborate with colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure products meet quality standards;
• Assemble components like caps and lids;
• Package products carefully and prepare them for shipment;
• Organize and stack drums neatly for dispatch;
• Keep the workplace clean and contribute to a safe working environment.

Wat we je bieden

• Gross hourly wage of €16.02;
• 28% shift allowance for working in a 5-shift system;
• Temporary contract with prospect of permanent employment;
• A full-time working week of 40 hours, with flexibility to determine your own hours (minimum 24 hours per week);
• Travel expense reimbursement;

Functie-eisen

• Production experience is a plus, but not required;
• Comfortable with hands-on tasks in a production environment;
• Reliable, precise, and physically fit;
• Comfortable working in a 5-shift rotation;
• Able to speak English or Dutch (Minimal B1 level).

They manufacture cans, drums, and other hollow plastic packaging, used in industries such as chemicals (acids), pesticides, and raw materials for rubber, paint, and plastics.
