We are looking for the jewels (F&B Team Leader) in our chest to help unlock the ARCA brand.
In you, we are looking to find:- You will inspire and are eager to create an experience for our guests
- Dare to be yourself & host with passion - the end goal, that our guests leave with an excitement about the experience they just enjoyed
- You will host team briefings, allocate resources, direct the team and motivate the team to exceed guests' expectation
- Leading by example and showcase the best of customer service, from greeting guests and upselling orders to handling special requests or issues is what you do
- Good knowledge of food & wine, what you don't know we will learn together
- You will make sure the team is suitably trained and given the opportunity to grow and develop
- You show trust in the team and give them the confidence to show their initiative and step up in responsibility
