English Speaking Administrative Logistics Employee

As an administrative logistics employee you are essential for the daily operations of this close-knit, international team.
The largest part of your work consists of administrative tasks; you ensure that everything is correct from arrival to dispatch of the parts. Think of order processing, inventory management, communication with suppliers and any transport documentation.

The rest of your time is spent in the warehouse. This might involve checking incoming goods, so logistical insight is important. The most common tasks in this role, are:
·        Stock control and administrative processing of goods;
·        Processing incoming and outgoing orders in the system;
·        Communicating with customers and transporters;
·        Assisting with logistics activities in the warehouse;
·        Checking incoming goods and keeping track of discrepancies.

Working hours are Monday through Friday between 8:00 and 17:00.

You will be working at a logistics company with about 15 colleagues. They specialize in receiving and shipping excavator parts in all shapes and sizes. There is an informal atmosphere where colleagues really help each other. English is spoken a lot because the company is internationally oriented.

The work location in the Nijmegen region is easily accessible from Arnhem, Elst and Beuningen.

·        A gross monthly salary between €2.500 and €2.700 (based on 40 hours per week);
