Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our team in the Benelux region. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within the fast-paced hospitality industry. As a Recruitment Intern, you will work closely with our HR and Talent Acquisition teams, supporting the full recruitment cycle and contributing to the growth of our exceptional team.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Candidate Sourcing: Leverage a variety of channels—such as job boards, social media platforms, and direct outreach—to identify and connect with top talent for our growing team.
- Job Posting Management: Create, refine, and post captivating job advertisements tailored to attract the best candidates in the hospitality industry.
- Applicant Screening: Evaluate resumes and applications with a keen eye, conducting initial screenings to ensure candidates meet both the required qualifications and align with our company culture.
- Interview Coordination: Streamline the interview process by scheduling and coordinating seamless interactions between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all involved.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to building and promoting Leonardo Hotels' reputation as an employer of choice by participating in job fairs, career events, and engaging social media campaigns.
- Recruitment Analytics: Support the recruitment team by maintaining up-to-date recruitment data and generating insightful reports that track key hiring metrics and trends.
- Administrative Support: Ensure the efficient operation of applicant tracking systems, staying on top of updates and maintaining compliance with internal processes and legal requirements.

- You are currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You are passionate about recruitment and eager to learn about talent acquisition in the hospitality industry.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with digital recruitment tools.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
- You have a proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- You are available to start in June and your internship will be at least 5 months.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU (ADDITIONAL TO A GREAT TEAM)?
- As a student you will receive an internship fee based on €750,- gross per month fulltime, which consists of a €650,- internship fee and an €80,- expense fee. We use variable payment periods of 4 or 5 weeks at a time, according to the number of days and hours worked. So one month you will get a little less and the next month a little more.
