Your shift starts early in the morning in the production area. You check in with your team and get ready for the day’s production. Together you make sure everything runs smoothly so the products are processed and packed on time. Because the company works with fresh products, flexibility during the workday is important.

As a Production Worker, your tasks include:

• Packing products so they are ready for transport
• Working in different departments such as production or seasoning
• Operating and maintaining production machines
• Keeping your workspace clean and safe
• Thinking along about improvements in the production process

Waar ga je werken?

You will work for our client in the food production industry. Our client produces meat products for customers in the Netherlands and abroad. The location is in Zoetermeer and is easy to reach by car and public transport. You will work in a dynamic production environment where teamwork and quality are important. Together with your colleagues you make sure the daily production goals are achieved.

Requirements:

• Availability for at least 4 days per week
• Ability to communicate in Dutch and/or English
• Ability to work in a food production environment

Preferred:

• Previous experience in production work
• Interest in working with machines
• Accurate and hygienic way of working

Wat mag je verwachten?

• Salary between €2,500 and €3,200 per month based on 40 hours, depending on experience
• Full-time workweek of 40 hours with the prospect of a permanent contract
• Shifts begin between 6:00 and 9:00 AM
• Work continues until the day’s production goals are reached, usually around 8 hours
• Because the company works with fresh products, a flexible mindset during the workday is important
• 24 vacation days per year
