Your Tasks
As a (Junior) HR Analyst, you will support the HR department with data analysis, reporting, and insights that drive our people strategy. You will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and interpret people data, and support in optimizing HR processes through data-driven recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of regular HR reports and dashboards (e.g. Personnel expenses, attrition , absenteeism, etc.)
- Analyze HR data and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Assist in translating data into meaningful insights for decision-making
- Maintain and update HR databases and systems (e.g. SAP)
- Collaborate with HR team members to improve reporting processes and data quality
- Support ad hoc analyses and HR projects related to workforce planning, compensation, and performance
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal and external requirements
Your Profile
To be successful in this job you need to have
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within HR, analytics, or data reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macro experience is a plus)
- Experience with SAP is a strong plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate insights in a clear and structured way
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
- Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus
