Job Description:

As a Logistics Employee in the Outbound Department, your primary responsibility will be assisting with the processing of customer orders and preparing shipments for delivery. Your tasks will include:

• Order Processing: Checking customer orders to ensure they match requirements.
• Pallet Re-stacking: Reorganizing and re-stacking pallets based on customer specifications.
• Labeling & Packing: Accurately applying labels, weighing, and packing products for shipment.
• Shipment Preparation: Ensuring that all items are properly packed, weighed, and ready for loading.
• Staging & Delivery: Moving pallets to the staging area for loading and making shipments ready for pick-up.

Shift Schedule:

The department operates in shift-based work. The following shifts are available:

• 7:00 – 16:00
• 8:00 – 17:00
• 9:00 – 18:00
• 10:00 – 19:00
• 12:30 – 21:30 (majority of the team)

Important:

• Flexible working days: Working days may vary based on the expected inbound orders. Flexibility is key to success in this role.
• Training: In the first 2 weeks, you will receive hands-on training, with shifts mainly scheduled from 12:30 to 21:00.
• Month End: On the last working day of the month, you will be required to work a long shift from 12:00 until 00:00 to support the "Month End" process. Availability for this shift is required.
