The Role: Video Advertising Specialist
As a specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing global social and video campaigns.
- Collaborating with local teams to understand and apply cultural nuances.
- Using tools and channels aligned with the latest trends.
- Challenging stakeholders and team members with your communication skills and expertise.
- Driving brand awareness.
- Testing and reporting on campaign results to ensure continuous improvement.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with social and video campaigns.
- Experience in international markets and understanding cultural differences.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience managing large budgets and stakeholder engagement.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's level education or equivalent work experience.
- Passion for Online Marketing, preferably in Online Video and/or Audio.
- Experience with Xandr, DV360, Amazon, and/or Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills, results-driven, proactive, and communicative.
- Independent but also a strong team player.
