Responsibilities
This is what you're going to do
We'll be honest right away: there is no such thing as an average working day at Radancy and your work can also vary per hour. One moment you are the advisor for our clients, the next moment you are leading an internal project meeting and another moment later you are deep in budgets, schedules and project documentation. As the connecting link between our customers and
our team, you are the first point of contact both internally and externally. You are ultimately responsible for the planning, start, progress, delivery and aftercare of various digital projects, such as optimally converting landing pages, temporary campaign sites, complete recruitment sites and online creatives. You understand what our clients need (even if they do not
express it that way) and know how to put technically complex matters on paper in plain language.
Qualifications
This is you
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a project manager in the online communications industry, for example at an advertising, internet or social media agency.
- You understand the digital world and software: for example, you know what APIs do, you can work in different CMSs and fully understand why Google Analytics should be set up for a site or online campaign.
- You get along well with customers and sense exactly when the conversation is about target groups and objectives or about technology and tooling. During the conversation you can make connections between these.
- Experience with labor market communication is an advantage, as is experience with online and audiovisual productions.
- You have a keen eye for schedules, deadlines, costs and other delivery challenges and can document these in a structured manner.
- You have excellent general development and are socially and socially committed.
- You are flexible, as your workplace alternates in Capelle a/d IJssel, with customers, at home or where your laptop is.
This is what we offer
Of course you will receive a good salary, travel expenses and we have an excellent pension scheme. But don't let that be your motivation. We offer you a unique opportunity to further develop yourself. You will work with specialists in the field of creation, design, front- and back-end development, media and research. Young, driven people with whom you will work in varying teams and from whom you can learn a lot. And with professional clients who – just like you – are skilled in the communications profession. And this in an environment where it is not about where or when you work, but about what you contribute to the success of our clients. Oh, and did we mention we have our own chef?
