Rabobank's Enterprise Project team is a dynamic & high performing team centralised in Sydney. The team has an opening for a Senior Business Analyst to work on Rabobank's CPS230 Program. You will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders within Rabobank's 3 Lines of Defence, produce business & functional requirements, amongst other responsibilities
Based in Sydney, you will work a hybrid mix of 2 days in the CBD office & other days working from home.
Top Role Accountabilities:
- Work as part of a team to understand & document project scope & objectives, facilitate workshops to define & prioritise requirements, agree on outcomes & risks
- Assist with discovery, gap & synergy analysis & delivering Business Requirements
- Develop As-Is & To-Be process maps & assess people & customer impacts
- Develop, validate, prioritise, track, manage & maintain business requirements
- Identify, analyse & communicate options & recommendations to achieve business objectives & outcomes
- Develop requirements / specifications
- Facilitate the creation of new or updated processes, policies and supporting their implementation
- Undertaking quality assurance of new solutions, including policies, processes and procedures
To be successful you will have:
- 5 years' experience working as a Business Analyst on risk management projects
- Working knowledge of operational risk management such as CPS220 or CPS230
- An ability to collaborate & work across workstreams in managing dependencies
- Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration & communication skills with the ability to interact & influence at all functions & levels
- Excellent stakeholder & requirements management skills
