You are passionate about making impact, based on data

You have a broad interest in data: Collecting, analysing, experimenting and visualizing it.
You identify new data and analytics related opportunities
You contribute to maintain and further improve the fact-based culture within ING

Your competencies and experience
A master's degree in the field of analytics, mathematics or econometrics
You have experience with querying languages (e.g., SQL, SAS), and preferably also with dashboarding tools (e.g., Cognos, PowerBI)
You are analytically strong and have experience in making analyses and sharing results with impact
You are able to transform data into insights, and present them in an understandable way
You have a do-it-yourself mentality, and you like to quickly learn and apply new techniques
You are customer-oriented and have experience in using customer and other data to substantiate your decisions
You can manage stakeholders without any problems, at different levels, both data lovers and non data experts
You actively ask for help and feedback and you dare to give feedback
Experience with the agile way of working is beneficial for this role
