JOUW ROL

Het Compensation & Benefits team van CEVA Logistics Benelux is op zoek naar een nieuwe collega. Als Compensation & Benefits Specialist draag je bij aan de totstandkoming van de arbeidsvoorwaardelijke kant van HR, zoals onze eigen cao, de pensioenregeling en bonusplannen. Tevens signaleer je de trends van de arbeidsmarkt en anticipeer je hierop. De Compensation & Benefits afdeling is één van de centers of expertise binnen het HR-orgaan van CEVA Logistics en jij levert vanaf je eerste dag een waardevolle bijdrage!

 

WAT GA JE DOEN?

De Compensation & Benefits (C&B) afdeling bestaat uit 4 mensen: jij, de manager en twee specialisten, waarvan één werkzaam is in België. Samen zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor het arbeidsvoorwaardenbeleid van CEVA Logistics. De afgelopen jaren heeft CEVA Logistics een aantal acquisities gedaan en voor 2024 staat op de agenda om te onderzoeken hoe de arbeidsvoorwaarden van de verschillende onderdelen verder geharmonseerd kunnen worden. Daarnaast worden binnenkort de voorbereidingen gestart voor de implementatie van de wet toekomst pensioenen.

 

Als C&B Specialist ben jij het aanspreekpunt omtrent al deze onderwerpen en heb je een belangrijke verantwoordelijkheid in het ontwikkelen en aanpassen van ons C&B beleid. Concreet voer je onder andere de volgende werkzaamheden uit:

• Beheren van het CEVA functie- en salarishuis;
• Opstellen en bewaken van budgetten;
• Monitoren van wetswijzigingen en beleid hierop aanpassen of opstellen;
• Informeren van de HR afdeling, waar in totaal zo'n 60 collega's werkzaam zijn;
• Deelnemen aan projecten.

 

Je werkt voornamelijk op ons hoofdkantoor in Zaltbommel, waar je de vrijheid hebt om je eigen agenda en dagen in te delen. Er is zelfs de mogelijkheid om vanuit huis te werken (in afstemming met jouw leidinggevende) en wij staan ook open voor een parttime dienstverband (minimaal 32 uur).

 

WAAR ZIJN WIJ NAAR OP ZOEK?

Als Compensation & Benefits Specialist ben je voornamelijk met beleidsmatige zaken bezig waarbij je het niet erg vindt om de onderhandeling aan te gaan, te adviseren of tegengas te geven. We zoeken daarom een pro-actieve, analytische en besluitvaardige collega die zich prettig voelt in een dynamische omgeving. Daarbij is het belangrijk dat je goed met Excel overweg kunt én er energie van krijgt om hier mee bezig te zijn. Veel beslissingen zullen namelijk onderbouwd moeten worden met data en berekeningen.

 

In het kort zijn dit onze vereisten:

• Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring, bij voorkeur in een grote (internationale) organisatie;
• Kennis van HR en arbeidsvoorwaardenbeleid; 
• Excel vaardig, minimaal ervaring met fomules, (draai)tabellen en rapportages;
• Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.

 

Zoals je leest, is werkervaring in een HR functie geen vereiste! We komen ook graag met je in contact wanneer je een bedrijfskundige of economische achtergrond hebt en affiniteit hebt met HR en (het opmaken van) beleid.
