Within Tech4Ops, we want to deliver the best possible services for secure and continuous IT operations to other DevOps teams, so that they can focus on what is most important: adding value to Rabobank. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Product Owner with a proven track record in (internal) product marketing and growth to join our team. Someone that wants to learn new skills in the field of monitoring and observability and is not afraid to dive into new topics. On top of that you should be able to take your team and stakeholders along with new ideas or challenging them.
As Product Owner Internal Product Marketing within Tech4Ops you will play a crucial role in expanding the adoption and utilization of different DevOps products and services across the bank, such as log monitoring, Application Performance Monitoring, alerting, and security monitoring. You will be working with a small team of growth and marketing specialists to develop strategies, marketing assets, organize and facilitate events, workshops, and internal user communities, and facilitate the development of content for the effective communication of the benefits and use cases of our services to the 800+ engineering teams across the bank.
Responsibilities
- Connect and build relationships with key stakeholders. Build partnerships with other teams and departments, expand the use and adoption of the services and products, and refer their requirements back to our squads.
Communication and content marketing:
Discover and develop communications channels and growth strategies for "top-of-funnel" marketing activities. Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote awareness about the services and products across the bank. Lead the development of written, visual, and video content to increase awareness about the services and products offered to internal teams.Research and data analysis:
Research, develop and implement data-driven growth strategies and marketing initiatives for empowering consumers and increasing service/product adoption.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, information systems, or related field.
- Good understanding of or willingness to learn about the business value and applications of DevOps tools and services such as log monitoring, Application Performance Monitoring, alerting, and security monitoring.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop or facilitate the development of engaging content for technology and business focused audiences.
- Experience in stakeholder and account management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- internal marketing and growth is considered a plus.
