Supply coordinator Horeca NL
As a supply coordinator you work at our head office in Breda. You are part of the supply catering team. This team is responsible for ordering drinks, glassware and other items for the catering channel in the Netherlands. You will have several of our 8 distribution centers under your management. You are also the first point of contact for our internal stakeholders (Customer Experience agents and Digital experts responsible for our B2B ordering platform BEES) and external stakeholders (distribution centers and beverage suppliers such as Coca-Cola) regarding orders and stock.

The roll:
- Analyzing and determining optimal stock levels and service levels;
- Processing and following up on orders and carrying out all additional work;
- Monitoring orders and delivery times;
- Manage logistics master data in SAP;
- Adjust/improve ordering processes in ERP & Excel;
- Thinking about and implementing process optimization within supply.
Profile:
- Someone with an inquisitive and self-solving attitude who can work independently;
- Excellent communication skills and command of Dutch and English language;
- Knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook). Some SAP skills are a plus;
- Affinity with the FMCG/Horeca market is an advantage;
- Available 40 hours per week.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Able to set priorities, team player, who can work independently.
