Job Purpose and Impact
The Portfolio Manager Climate Land Use and Water will provide input and drive implementation of sustainability strategies and programs for the defined business or corporate sustainability team. In this role, you will work across supply chain, with businesses, outside industry groups and with downstream customers with a goal of delivering practical sustainability solutions that enable the business to grow and customer to be more profitable. You will help to develop, train and influence the team to gain proficiently in positioning and engaging customer in sustainability programs and offerings.
Key Accountabilities
- Drive the implementation of sustainability strategies, incorporate soon to emerge opportunities and expectations of our stakeholders to include customer and company sustainability goals.
- Lead and drive the sustainability project portfolio, identify appropriate new partnerships, coordinate with existing partners and represent the company externally where needed.
- Develop conceptual models and analysis for progress and feedback reports for program management, advise on data collection protocol methodology and tools, support consistency in data collection across the broader team and translate insights into projects to be implemented.
- Support the delivery of relevant value propositions and inputs in alignment with marketing, external communications and other departments.
- Provide general knowledge and insights into stakeholder engagements. Communications and other specific reporting.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
- Project Management Experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Agriculture or a related field
- Experience with concept creation using data and analysis tools
- Working across multiple business units to influence change
