Job Purpose and Impact
The Global Brand Lead will provide leadership and oversight to align and execute the global brand strategy, positioning and activations for the MHS (additives) business. In this role, you will lead the application of specific marketing strategies for the brand and partner cross functionally to create demand and optimize brand performance, experience and value to the customers
Key Accountabilities
- Provide guidance and ownership to the MHS global brand portfolio strategy, architecture and oversee the application across the markets through an implemented brand governance.
- Partner cross functionally to execute highly complex brand marketing strategy, initiatives and activations for the brand in alignment with broader goals of products, categories, channels and integrated marketing initiatives to support business ambitions.
- Provide guidance to establish brand positioning and messaging for products and solutions that represent the business brand architecture on a global scale.
- Provide oversight to develop printed and digital branded materials including brochures, collateral, presentations, event materials, product packaging designs and websites, ensuring design and content are aligned with the company's master brand strategy and guidelines.
- Lead the development and implementation of value propositions, ensuring alignment with the different global brand promises and ambitions to communicate brand values effectively.
- Drive the development and analysis of key brand health measures to understand brand drivers, ensure brand efficacy and achieve brand purpose in the market.
- Provide oversight to develop and execute innovation strategy and roadmap for the business, ensuring alignment with the brand value proposition for customers and delivering on business goals.
- Engage with the Global Brand team responsible of Cargill's master brand to ensure alignment on a regular basis.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Confirmed success at fostering collaborative relationships of trust and confidence with global internal and external stakeholder groups
- Experience leading global B2B brand strategy and execution
- Confirmed experience in aligning and executing brand and business strategy in a global, decentralized and heavily matrixed organization
- Minimum of six years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional brand or marketing qualification especially in agribusiness or animal nutrition incl. Pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in developing value propositions and customer partnerships
- Experience in marketing strategy and brand planning in large and complex organizations.
