In this role you are responsible for the results for very specific processes, with a focus on carrying out conventional turning and milling. Your future employer has developed various specialist processes that guarantee unparalleled quality and durability of the products and repairs. Together with your team leader and colleagues, you work every day to achieve the highest possible results in the field of Quality and Safety. Your experience in working with conventional machining and metalworking provides a good foundation in your daily work. Moreover, you have an eye for improvements and you are involved in various (5S) projects to make the processes even better, safer and more efficient.

• 2-shift service: Mon-Fri from 7am-3.45pm / Evening shift: Mon-Thu from 3.30pm-1.15am (Friday free)

• The salary is determined on the basis of your education and experience levels in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement for Groot-Metaal
• A daily piece of fruit, canteen with fresh meals.
• The company is located in Tilburg and is easily accessible from Waalwijk, Oisterwijk, Hilvarenbeek, Goirle, Kaatsheuvel, Sprang Capelle, Loon op Zand, Gilze en Rijen, Udenhout, Berkel-Enschot and Moergestel.

Wat wij vragen

• Mbo-level with experience in the high-tech manufacturing industry / metal
• Good command of the English language, spoken and written
• Preferably experience in working with very close tolerances and high safety requirements
