The Data Analytics and Reporting Specialist will partner with supply chain and R&D teams to meet their analytical and reporting demands, to create KPIs and reports via Databricks and Power BI. This role is crucial in following data governance principles and ensuring that insights align with strategic business needs.

As a Data Analytics and Reporting Specialist, you will be responsible to:
- Collect analytics and reporting needs with business team and prepare/formalizetechnical documentation of the reporting
- Develop scripts using Python and SQL to extract, transform, and load data fromvarious sources into Databricks
- Utilize SQL (desirably Python as well) in Databricks for data querying, advanceddata analytics, wrangling, and data transformation tasks
- Design business dashboards in Power BI using Databricks datasets
- Implement and integrate AI-driven technologies, including NLP models for textanalysis and chatbots for automating customer service or internal queries,enhancing business operations and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with IT and software development teams to deploy AI models andchatbots in a scalable and secure manner.
