As an Operator at CAN-PACK Netherlands B.V., you play a crucial role at the heart of our production processes. With your 2 to 4 years of experience, you are responsible for operating and maintaining our advanced machinery and equipment. You monitor production quality, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to the optimization of our production lines. Collaboration within a dynamic team and a proactive attitude are essential in this role. You ensure a safe working environment and strictly adhere to production protocols.

The installed capacity currently allows to offer approximately 25 billion of beverage cans, around 28 billion pieces of bottle closures, approximately 1 billion of metal containers for the food and the chemical industries, and approximately 700 tons of glass packaging a year.

• Technical education at MBO level or equivalent work experience.
• Experience operating machinery and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• A team player with an independent work attitude.
• Good command of the English language in both spoken and written communication.
