Project Manager

As a project manager you are responsible for the realization of various projects within the offshore and dredging industry. You will coordinate the project and check the planning (On Time) from beginning till end and adjust when necessary. The realization of the project needs to be done within budget and according to the specifications. During your work you know how to inspire and motivate others around you, just as the employees will inspire you.

As a Project manager you will be responsible for:

• Handling a project according the IHC Project Management Method
• Deliver projects within OSBIT (On Spec, Budget & In Time)
• Responsible for a project until the end of guarantee period
• Non-hierarchical leadership of the project team
• Ensure a satisfied customer

Job requirements:

• HBO work and thinking level, preferably electrical engineering / automation
• 3-6 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of the dredging and offshore industry
• Excellent communication and social skills
• Dutch and English language in word and written
