Your Role

If you are passionate about software and finding solutions to problems through agility, we want to talk with you! You will be a key contributor to the Web Development Team, which strives to bring the best possible user experience by bringing business and software development requirements together in intuitive web applications.

In this role, you will be an Engineering Manager working with the Web Development team on the core applications of our cloud platform.. You will work in close participation with Agile teams that include a triad of engineering, design, and product management. Leveraging your front-end, back-end and SaaS knowledge, you will be responsible for helping to build and maintain effective teams, and empowering them to achieve their goals. You will provide and use inspiration and creativity to help the team solve difficult challenges. With your software engineering skills and experience, you will help design, build and run the engineering initiatives, solution integrations, and core components. 

As an Engineering Manager on the Web Development team, you will also be responsible for the management of individuals reporting to you. This includes, coaching, mentoring, removing blocking issues and supporting them in their professional development to help unlock their full potential and grow.
