Cygnific is one of the biggest Sales & Service Center of Air France KLM, taking care of their customer contacts. We serve 19 European countries in 11 languages; if passengers or travel agents contact KLM, Air France or Delta Air Lines we are here to help them.
We have a diverse group of almost 700 colleagues coming from the whole of Europe – and the rest of the world. Cygnific is headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands with offices in both Amsterdam and Enschede.
We serve our customers in Dutch, English, French, German, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Portuguese, Spanish and Italian. The Baltic States are served in English.
Cygnific is a full subsidiary of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, operating as an independent company with its own business strategy, operational processes and human resources policy. Cygnific serves passengers and travel agents on behalf of KLM, Air France and Delta Air Lines. Since May 2004, Air France and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines have become the largest European airline group. Each airline has retained its individual identity, trade name and brand. Cygnific represents both products and services. Delta Air Lines is part of the global SkyTeam alliance, just like Air France and KLM. Delta Air Lines is based in the United States; we serve its European customers.
Cygnific was established in 1998 as the reservations department for several KLM European establishments. Cygnific’s founding basis was to create independently managed out-sourced services within the sales & service sector. Over the following years, the company expanded its services and customer portfolio supporting Northern and Western Europe and now handles over 3 million transactions annually.
