A Technical & Logistics Executive will support the Account Managers.
This role is accountable for providing quality service, distribution of goods, training of Patrols and HQ employees and great customer service support to ACP.
Physically servicing of customers ACP organization in the widest sense of the word (HQ, technical, locations, patrols, call centre) on a regular basis
Maintaining relationships with proprietor and technicians involved in ACP Battery program
Promoting benefits and value of program to ACP staff and contractor network
Delivery of new batteries or ancillary product distributed by Club Logistics Services
Primary contact for all contractors and technicians of ACP
Trainer (technical) for ACP Patrols, contractors and HQ employees (call centre)
Supporting ACP call center, and ACP field personnel.
Collection of Scrap batteries and returned to designated drop zone
Analyse Daily Volume Reports
Collect tester and contractor data
Work closely with Supply Chain manager and Battery provider to ensure all parties are aware of initiatives and current battery promotions.
Work closely with Marketing to understand Marketing initiatives
Trouble shoot minor technical issues with Midtronics Testers
Battery Testing knowledge and equipment troubleshooting
To provide exemplary customer service
Comply with all Safety Regulations, and all local laws
Maintain all required Company logs, records, and reports on a frequent basis
Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Comply with all accounting policies and Expense reporting
Fully Responsible of the following:
Internal Reporting / Stations audits / Station
Fill rate and stock mix of customers / Battery Rotation
Consignment / Inventory Control for contractor stations
Warranty adjudication / Warranty rate management
Vehicle Inventory control / Variances / FIFO
