Air Liquide is looking for high potential Sales Assistant Air Liquide is looking for a high potential sales assistant with opportunity to grow fast. We are looking for an energetic and assertive team player, motivated to apply for a commercial job with broad career perspectives.The main tasks and objectives of the sales support represents in different levels of support considering the intensity of the sales representative portfolio. Therefore, they need to understand all the sales representative tasks.Key tasks include: Manages customer claim Handles workflow information management (request for SAP updated by Sales Admin, for contract archiving…) Resolves internal information needs (cylinder logistics,…) Public RFQ administrative document preparation Answers to/Forwards e-­business queries (customer questions through web portal) Can screen RFI/RFQ for sales management decision to route the RFQ to the appropriate team Calls customers on open offers Contributes to offer, contract and amendment preparation Sales campaign follow-­up - DSO follow-­up with commercial action For administrative processes in the CRM, the sales support can take in charge the final information input.
