You are responsible for the administration of all HR related matters, such as recruiting, preparing contracts of employment, salary letters, payroll information, health insurance and pension. Additionally, you provide analytic data and run reports. You answer staff questions about and facilitating their entitlements according to Dutch employment law and their staff handbook policy.Responsibilities:
Advise and assist the leadership team with the recruiting & execution of the hiring process of new personnel, onboarding, quarterly employee reviews and evaluation reporting.
Advise management and staff up to date about all HR related topics such as policies, recruitment, salary, pension, staff appraisal, sickness and employment law.
Assist the leadership team with info about selecting of education, courses and job trainings.
Coordinate and organize employee wellness company events.
Ensure company and building is in full compliance of labor laws and employee safety regulations.
Ensure the employee handbook is up to date.
Keep track and oversee purchase of office, kitchen, equipment and departmental supplies within approved budgets and manage petty cash and creditcard.
Job Requirements- HR background (Bachelor's degree such as HBO Personeel en Arbeid) and a minimum of 5 years working experience in HR in the Netherlands;
Fluent in English and Dutch;
Knowledge and experience with HR / Payroll information systems;
Knowledge and experience in MS Office with Word, Excel, Powerpoint is a required;
Strong organizational, communication and human relations skills;
Attention to detail and capable of working to tight deadlines;
A strong team player, highly motivated, friendly, and social customer-oriented person.
Salary and BenefitsSalary: max. 3200 Euro bruto per month based on a 32 hours workweek.
