The Lennox Group drives a strategy of geographical growth on a short-term basis.Job DescriptionAs HR representative for Northern Europe you work autonomously and have broad responsibilities. You are responsible for all local HR issues and implementation of strategies at European level. You report directly to the HR Director Europe who is located in France. Other tasks and resposibilities: Support management on all HR issues (C&B, training and development, staffing, HR administration including head count reporting, vacation and absenteeism). High involvement in HR information systems. Plan and design HR solutions and deliver HR programs as an answer to customer needs and HR strategies HR planning and translate business issues into HR initiatives Contact with recruitment agencies, pre-selection of candidates and making interviews arrangements. Manage compensation and benefits programs (Company cars, pension, medical coverage etc) and provide information to employees about these programs. Harmonisation of job classification and compensation structure at European Level, but also between Europe and USA. Identify training & development needs and follow up with managers in order to propose/build a local training offer. Deliver support to payroll administration and liaise with payroll companies Liaison with lawyers when necessary Job RequirementsBachelors degree in Human Resources or a related business field and minimum of three years experience in a similar allround HR function in an international environment.
