Your role as sales specialistIn this role, you will be responsible for working cooperatively with the sales team and customers to deliver exceptional sales and customer support with the goal to grow sales at the appropriate gross margin while increasing customer satisfaction for the products to end users. This role will have 3 office days and 2 field days per week (area Leiden / Delft). Your Key ResponsibilitiesYou will:Manage customer calls, quote inquires and product inquiriesEstablish and maintain partnerships with new and existing customers by effectively applying the highest level of product knowledge related to the appropriate application to maximize sales opportunitiesUse knowledge and understanding of the company’s operational processes, market position, and competition to identify and qualify leads, prospects, and incoming inquires that fit our strategic objectives.Identifie sales opportunities and utilize a team-based selling approach to meet defined sales goalsMaximize new business and marketing opportunitiesEmbrace industry practices and utilize appropriate business tools to drive resultsPrepare quotes and related documentation, and maintain updated customer profile information in CRM system.Work effectively in an intradepartmental environment to ensure transparency of information and cooperation among departmentsDevelop and deliver sales and technical presentations.
