Innovation is key for them, as you will be working with the newest technology to market the best possible new products. Knowledge of both R&D and sales makes for strong customer support. ROLE DESCRIPTIONYou negotiate with key accounts and are responsible for pushing sales in the Netherlands and Belgium. You do this while having a food technological background, allowing you to answer specific customer questions and explain the science behind your products. The more sales experience you have, the better. At least 5 years of experience within Food is necessary to understand the market and anticipate changes, and experience within a B2B environment makes sure you understand your clients. You develop marketing concepts, individual product concepts, you set and keep the budgets for the European region. RESPONSIBILITIES• Setting and keeping budgets • Following the market • Anticipating market changes and translating this to new, custom-made products • Mediating with B2B clients about prices, concepts, conditions • Key account management • New Customer DevelopmentREQUIREMENTS• MSc or BSc in Food Technology • minimum 5 years of experience in Food sales • minimum of 3 years Food B2B experience • Open, charismatic, convincing personality • Fluent Dutch and English are both a must!
