You’ll find our product solutions embedded throughout almost all Cable Operator networks around the world. In this key role in our Central European Sales unit, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the Technical decision manager in Liberty Global, VodafoneZiggo and other European Cable Operators. Together with the Account Managers, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and commercial success - as the key technical adviser and product advocate.You’ll work with engineers to analyze customer opportunities and propose product and technical solutions. A tough leader, you will drive new initiatives and convert technical requirements into product presentations. If required, you will work with product managers and core engineering to coordinate resolving customer related product issues. As a Sales Engineer you will:Be responsible for technical aspects of sales for assigned accountsUnderstand the trends in the market related to head-end, Access and In-Home networkingMeet customers in the field, establish and maintain customer relationshipManage customer relationships with technical decision makers and opinion makers at director, management and sr. engineer-levelProvide technical expertise to drive sales effortsUnderstand customer needs and requirements related to Head-end, access and In-Home networking and translate customer into product positioningDevelop and deliver persuasive technical sales presentations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate the product and technology direction and competitive advantagesSupport the process of development, implementation and maintenance of written account plans. Key requirements:Bachelor or Master degree in Network Engineering, Telecommunications or related fieldsMinimum of 6-10 years of experience in Sales Engineering or Solution Architecture, in the MSO, Telco or networking industryAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communications skills (Dutch and English).Good understand the customer requirements and mapping these to product positioningStrong listening and presentation skills. Does this Sounds exciting to you and the challenge you’re looking for?Please email your motivation, CV and current salary details.No agencies please.
