- You take ownership of the organization’s self-service analytics landscape, enabling employees to independently access, understand, and use data through harmonized BI tools and targeted enablement initiatives.
- You ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of published reports, dashboards, and analytics by establishing and maintaining reporting governance standards and quality controls.
- You design, develop, and maintain standardized dashboards and reporting solutions to support business performance tracking, KPI monitoring, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- You collaborate closely with data and engineering teams to ensure data comparability, integration, and alignment of business definitions within the BI environment.
- You administer and optimize BI and analytics tools including Power BI, Adobe Analytics, SimilarWeb, and Snowflake Cortex to ensure effective usage, scalability, and continuous improvement of reporting capabilities.
- You consult and support business stakeholders in identifying reporting and analytics requirements and translating business needs into scalable BI solutions.
- You drive adoption and continuous improvement of BI solutions by providing training, guidance, and support to users and actively fostering a data-driven culture throughout the organization.

- You hold a degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
- You bring strong analytical thinking and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – you can lead teams, drive BI adoption, and translate business requirements into effective analytics solutions.
- You have expertise in Business Intelligence tools like Power BI and strong knowledge of Digital Analytics Platforms such as Adobe Analytics.
- You bring strong project management skills and a structured, organized way of working.
- You have a strong technical affinity and enjoy exploring new tools and technologies.
- You have a genuine interest in market environments, customer needs, and current trends.
