- Develop and evolve global Creative Store Design and Visual Merchandising strategy concepts to ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience across all markets
- Translate brand identity and marketing strategies into impactful retail, POS, and campaign conceptDefine and continuously improve global standards, guidelines, and toolkits to ensure consistency and scalability across projects and markets
- Oversee the implementation of VM concepts across international markets while driving innovation and continuous improvement
- Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing team while fostering a collaborative culture
YOUR SKILLS
- Degree in Retail Design, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in Store Design, Visual Merchandising, or Retail Development, ideally within an international environment
- Strong knowledge of Retail Design, Customer Experience, and Visual Merchandising
- Experience in developing and implementing standards, concepts, and guidelines
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic, creative, and solution-oriented mindset with leadership capabilities
